The Opportunity
Maytree Therapy is seeking a part-time and fully-remote licensed or limited-licensed Michigan clinician (LPC, LMSW, LMFT) operating under their own LLC or PLLC to provide psychotherapy services as a 1099 independent contractor.

This role fits a clinician who:
Wants to practice part-time and remotely
Prefers focusing on clinical work rather than billing, credentialing, and marketing
Is comfortable building a caseload steadily and maintaining a minimum of 8 clients per week
Has strong interest or experience in OCD and anxiety treatment
Is trained in or actively developing competency in evidenced-based therapies for OCD and anxiety disorders
Provides affirming, clinically competent care to LGBTQIA2S+ clients
Practices with autonomy and strong clinical ownership
Contractors set their own hours and caseloads. Referrals depend on specialties and are built intentionally over time.

70/30 split (70% to clinician, 30% to practice)

Administrative onboarding and risk management guidance
Optional but encouraged case consultation
Contractor Requirements
Maintain active Michigan licensure in good standing
Operate as an LLC or PLLC in good standing
Maintain professional liability insurance
Practice within scope of licensure and Michigan law
Complete timely documentation
For limited-license clinicians: independently secure and maintain external supervision
Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, (a 1099 Form will be provided) and other professional dues
