Sessions are held online through secure client video chat for your privacy and confidentiality. Available for adults and teens (sixteen and up).

I am also considered an out-of-network provider with most insurance companies, meaning you may be able to be reimbursed after-the-fact for your counseling fees.
HSA cards, credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, are all accepted for service payments. Payments are made online.

I use a sliding scale to support both accessibility and sustainability in my practice. This approach is adapted from the Green Bottle Sliding Scale developed by Hadassah Damien, which encourages people to reflect on their broader financial circumstances—not just income—when considering what they can afford. I value transparency, fairness, and flexibility in pricing, and I recognize that even reduced fees are still out of reach for some. If you're navigating financial hardship, such as high medical expenses or significant debt, I’m open to discussing possible rate adjustments for clients who are private pay or using out-of-network benefits.

Submitting claims for out-of-network services means your insurance company may reimburse you after-the-fact for a portion of your counseling fees.
Reimbursement depends entirely on your insurance company and benefits plan and is something that is handled entirely on your end. Upon your request, I can provide a billing statement called a “superbill” for you to submit to your insurer with your claim.
Please check with your insurance company to see if you qualify for OON reimbursement.

I accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA cards as methods for payment. This can be completed within my client portal. You also have the option to sign up for automatic payments.
